1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, or engaging in any gaming activity on fabji, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and fabji with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or verbal.

fabji reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or whose activity is deemed harmful to the Platform or other users. All decisions made by fabji in this regard shall be final and binding.

2. Eligibility

To register and use fabji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. fabji performs checks to verify eligibility and may request supporting documentation at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately closed.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using fabji is lawful in your location.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You may only hold one active account on fabji. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses associated with those accounts.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money gaming features, you must complete the registration process and pass identity verification (KYC). fabji may request one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).

fabji may withhold withdrawals or restrict account activity until verification is satisfactorily completed. Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

fabji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include:

Withdrawal requests will be processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless explicitly agreed otherwise by fabji's support team. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks and may be delayed if additional verification is required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

fabji offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture and account suspension.

• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire within the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired free spins cannot be recredited.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the fabji platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to cheat, defraud, or manipulate betting markets, game outcomes, or promotional systems.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any software, security mechanism, or proprietary process used by fabji.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited, or using VPNs or proxy services to mask your true location for this purpose.

7. Responsible Gaming

fabji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and to take regular breaks from gaming. If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your life or finances, we strongly urge you to seek help. You may contact our support team to request a temporary time-out or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform.

fabji strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account closed immediately and all funds will be returned, minus any winnings derived from bonus funds, which will be forfeited. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fabji platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fabji or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Platform content without the prior written consent of fabji. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fabji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. fabji's total liability to any user for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fabji makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any game, feature, or service on the Platform. Game interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance windows, or third-party provider outages do not constitute grounds for compensation.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
